TerraForm Power — In 2019, we acquired a 51% interest in TerraForm Power, a publicly traded renewable power company with a large-scale and diversified portfolio contracted wind, solar and distributed generation located predominantly in the United States. In 2020, we acquired the remaining interest in TerraForm Power that we and our affiliates did not already own and privatized the company. Its high-quality assets have a long, useful life remaining, and its cash flows are underpinned by long-term contracts with creditworthy off-takers.
Our commercial and industrial distributed-solar generation portfolio offers consumers access to power at the point of consumption.

DISTRIBUTED GENERATION PORTFOLIO
Distributed Generation — We own and operate a fast-growing commercial and industrial distributed solar generation business in North America. This portfolio includes a 4.5-megawatt distributed solar generation project at a Californian high school that utilizes both rooftop and parking canopy shade systems to make full use of the available area in order to locally generate solar power.
Our pumped hydro and battery storage facilities in the U.S. and U.K. help to stabilize the electrical grid.

Mark Cockwell — The 600-megawatt Mark Cockwell hydroelectric storage generating station on the Deerfield River in northern Massachusetts is one of only two of its kind in New England. The facility sells energy and capacity into wholesale markets and plays an important role in providing flexibility and stability to the electrical grid.

We invest in solutions that utilises pyrolysis technology but enables us to bring forward our plans and introduce plastic waste recycling into fuel at an earlier stage – when supermarkets and manufacturers dispose of their plastic waste material before the goods enter the consumer arena.
These machines are portable and are delivered onto site on a container by our partner companies. We envisage they would be used by retail parks, supermarkets, industrial estates, food processing businesses, plastic manufacturing companies, public events organisers and council plastic waste stations. Indeed, any organisation that seeks to reduce its carbon footprint by reducing the number of vehicles clearing their plastic waste will be interested in this plant.
What is Pyrolysis
Pyrolysis is a common technique used to convert plastic waste into energy, in the form of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels. Pyrolysis is the thermal degradation of plastic waste at different temperatures (300–900°C), in the absence of oxygen, to produced liquid oil
The Opportunity
The problems associated with plastic waste pollution are well documented and have never been more to the fore in the public’s consciousness.
Hardly surprising given that the world’s production of plastic is currently 322 million tonnes annually and is forecast to grow to 1.2 billion tonnes by 2050. Since the ban on exporting plastic waste to China came into play the UK has been stockpiling the material. Just over 9% of this is recycled with the vast majority being exported to other countries, being incinerated or going to landfill. The latter two measures are not environmentally friendly and there is no guarantee that the exported material will ever be recycled. So far, so familiar the problem.

Since its foundation, Dynamix Capital has invested in the development and implementation of new technologies. Crude Oil Concentrate
Dynamix Capital has a diversified portfolio of various different internationally traded Crude grades, and continues to grow its portfolio, sourcing a variety of grades from Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas. The organization’s trading business is the cornerstone in integrating its downstream refining assets, and provides refineries with a wide variety of feedstock selections. For instance, Vessel vetting is carried out as per the latest maritime industry guidelines & international regulations. All marine vessels intended for spot and time charter business on behalf of Dynamix Capital shall be vetted and approved by our Marine Quality Assurance team prior to conducting business. We inspect existing and proposed vessels for quality control and assurance according to OCIMF guidelines. Such inspections help our organization to promote ship safety and ensure consistent quality of service and ensuring our investors interests are met.
